Created in 2018, EJ Real Estate was founded by Emmy Jandernoa. The Brokerage encompasses driven agents with a passion to connect and help people. We are here to help you navigate the wild ride of selling and buying your home!

Our Team
Emmy Jandernoa
Emmy is a Broker/Owner, licensed since 1999. She started her Real Estate career in 1997 as an assistant in Kalamazoo Michigan while getting her BBA from Western Michigan University. After getting married and traveling, she settled down in Grand Rapids Michigan in 2003. After a year back in Real Estate she became an agent in a Brokerage's Relocation Dept. There she gained not only Relocation knowledge but due to the "crash" also learned how to manage & sell REO properties. After having two sons she entered Management & Operations of a Brokerage. All of the above experiences and knowledge have led to her start Agent Concierge Services in August 2017.
Andrea Crowley
Andrea has been a licensed Realtor for 20+ years in West Michigan. As a local graduate from Jenison she enjoys being able to serve the community where she's from. She not only has experience being a licensed Realtor but also has knowledge and experience in the Title Industry. This knowledge provides additional understanding when working with LLC's, Estates, Liens, and other Title encumbrances. When she's not spending time with her family you may find Andrea coaching Cheerleading.
Glenna Novack
Glenna brings a professional background and desire to help agents to her role as transaction manager. She is originally from the metro Detroit area where she worked in the legal field, but moved to west Michigan in 2018 and became a licensed Realtor shortly afterward. She has experience as an agent, a brokerage liability adviser, an ISA and a brokerage administrator. With her extensive knowledge, attention to detail and fondness for organization, Glenna excels in helping agents achieve their goals and grow their business. She lives on the north side of Grand Rapids with her husband and four dogs, and they support animal rescue groups across the state. They also enjoy traveling and take an international trip every year, which allows her to check out housing markets and building styles across the globe
